Heavenly Delights started from humble beginnings in the family home in 1997, by mother and daughter duo Anna and Melissa Zollo. The business quickly gained popularity with their unique recipes, outgrowing the home kitchen within four years.
In 2001, the company transitioned to a professional, HACCP-accredited commercial kitchen in North Adelaide.
Heavenly Delights continues to supply directly to independent retailers, specialty food stores, major event venues, corporate offices/caterers, hotels, reputable quality cafes and selected coffee shops.
