When placing an order on our website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on our site. When you purchase goods at www.heavenlydelights.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of certificate and Secure Socket Layer security. We keep a secure record of your payment details until the point your order is packed and dispatched, to assist with any changes to your order. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

Product Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be items unavailable. If an order of an unavailable item is made, the customer will be asked to choose another product.

 

Shipping

Heavenly Delights Pty Ltd ships throughout South Australia directly and via third party freight carriers. You will be notified via phone or email, of shipping charges where they apply, upon receipt of order and prior to despatch of goods.

Heavenly Delights Pty Ltd ships domestically (Australia – outside of South Australia) using Toll Group and other freight carriers.  You will be notified via phone or email, of shipping charges upon receipt of order and prior to despatch of goods. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed online. Delivery via Toll Group within Australia takes on average between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period. Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on 08 82391966 or at info@heavenlydelights.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its best before date when received, or is faulty in some way, Heavenly Delights Pty Ltd will replace the product at no additional cost.
